Our History
Trojan Tube Sales & Fabrications Inc was initially known as Power & Process Supply by Trojan, Inc. This first iteration of the company was incorporated in New Jersey by Henry Adamcczyk in July of 1984. The company’s first location was in North Bergen, NJ.
In February of 1987, Henry partnered with Walter Maring. The business was then moved to Green Island, NY, and incorporated in New York as Trojan, Inc.
In January of 1990, Henry and Walter sold the business to new owners, Jack Decker Sr. and Dave Conklin. They incorporated Trojan Tube Sales & Fabrications Inc in Pennsylvania. At that time, Jack and Dave moved the business to their existing business location in Montoursville. As a part of the purchase of the business, Walter was retained as the manager.
Jack and Dave dissolved their partnership in 1993. Jack was then the sole owner of Trojan Tube Sales & Fabrications. He then moved the business to Muncy, PA, the location where it sits today.
Walter stayed on as manager until 1998, at which time the original purchase agreement arranged by him and Jack became fulfilled.
The Decker family continues to own and operate the company today.
